Initial Assessment
STEP 1: Client initial contact with

STEP 2: Application review
STEP 3: Quotation for certification
based on approve application
STEP 4: Signing of Certification Agreement by client
STEP 5: Audit planning, assign audit team, and execution
STEP 6: Client to resolve stage one (1) audit areas of concerns if any
IF ACCEPTED: Proceed to stage two (2) audit
IF REJECTED: Special audit/ re-audit
STEP 7: Stage two(2) audit
STEP 8: Client to resolves stage two(2) audit areas of concerns if any
IF ACCEPTED: Audit report-review and certification decision
IF REJECTED: Special audit/ re-audit
STEP 9: Issuance of certificate and KWC/SAC marks
Surveillance Assessment
STEP 1: KWC Representative contact surveillance audit due client
STEP 2: Audit planning, assign audit team, and execution
STEP 3: Client to resolve surveillance audit areas of concerns if any
IF ACCEPTED: Issuance of acceptance notice
IF REJECTED: Client to re-look into areas of concerns
Recertification
STEP 1: KWC Representative contact
re-certification due client
STEP 2: Information change review
STEP 3: Quotation for re-certification based on approved application
STEP 4: Signing of Certification Agreement by client
STEP 5: Audit planning, assign audit team, and execution
STEP 6: Client to resolve re-certification audit areas of concerns if any
IF ACCEPTED: Audit report-review and certification decision
IF REJECTED: Client to re-look into areas of concerns
STEP 7: Re-issuance of certificate
